Chris Morrow


Chris Morrow has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter ten years in a row and the Dallas Morning News has recognized many of his notable transactions. Chris was also awarded The Dallas Business Journal’s Top Broker Award and D CEO’s Power Broker Awards.

Chris co-founded Morrow Hill in 2003. Since its inception, he has worked to grow the firm into one of the country’s most notable real estate service providers. In addition to overseeing daily operations at Morrow Hill, Chris offers personal guidance to everyone within the firm, from the most senior executive to the newest associate. Throughout his career, Chris has been involved in countless transactions ranging from national rollouts, hotel purchases, development and redevelopment, purchase and lease transactions, and advisory guidance.

Jonathan Hill

Partner / Co-founder

As Partner and Co-Founder at Morrow Hill, Jonathan Hill represents companies and brands of all sizes, both nationally and internationally. He oversees the 5.6 million square feet of real estate Morrow Hill leases annually around the globe. Previous to his career in commercial real estate, Hill worked for LVMH, Richemont and Mary Kay to develop events and experiences featuring exclusive products for high-end clientele. These positions equipped him with the know-how to approach retail facilities from a brand’s perspective.

Hill assists in day-to-day operations and leads recruiting efforts for Morrow Hill. He is passionate about educating his clients on every aspect of leasing, acquisition and disposition processes to ensure they can make the best real estate decisions for their brand. His years of experience with retail spaces allow him to help clients think strategically on locations and a rollout plan. He remains dedicated to each client’s project from start to finish spearheading a team that tracks down all potential leads, navigates leasing negotiations and offers years of expertise to answer questions large and small. Hill and his team provide each of client with an unbiased and accurate view of the market due to Morrow Hill’s exclusive representation of tenants.

Chad Littleton


Chad Littleton’s commercial real estate career began in 1995 when he joined the startup firm the John Bowles Company. From there Chad moved to Mohr Partners as a National Account Manager working high-profile accounts across the country. Chad was a founding partner of Pinnacle Commercial Real Estate Company where he focused on procurement and managed portfolio office clients across the country.

Chad branched out and formed his own company in 2002, CAL Commercial. Chad joined forces with Morrow Hill in 2013, bringing his years of management and real estate knowledge to the firm. His expertise encompasses all areas of commercial real estate and he continues to manage national accounts in the financial, insurance and healthcare industries to name a few. As Vice President of Office Portfolio Services, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge to Morrow Hill clients.

David Jimenez


David Jimenez serves as an Executive Vice President with Morrow Hill, joining the company in 2010. David and his team are responsible for the oversight of national industrial portfolio accounts.

David got an early start in real estate working with H J Six, a Texas corporation with properties across Texas. This exposure to all aspects of the real estate industry provided invaluable experience in the myriad facets of real estate such as acquisitions, property management and construction.

Prior to joining Morrow Hill, Jimenez enjoyed success in commercial construction management where he supervised numerous high value construction and reconstruction projects across Texas encompassing residential, multi-family, commercial and land projects. With this background, Jimenez is able to anticipate his clients’ needs and plan accordingly in assisting with areas such as logistics, trade zone evaluation, and distributions channels among other complex components of industrial site selection.

Knowledgeable in all areas of commercial leasing, Jimenez currently focuses on the industrial sector of commercial acquisitions and dispositions.
